Brasserie Cantillon

Cantillon is the last active lambic brewery within Brussels, operating since 1900. Their spontaneously fermented lambics, gueuzes, and fruit lambics (Rosé de Gambrinus, Lou Pepe) are the purest expression of this ancient brewing tradition. The brewery is a living museum.
