Revolution Brewing, founded in 2010 in Chicago, is Illinois' largest independent craft brewery. Anti-Hero IPA is a Chicago staple, and their Deep Wood barrel-aged series (including Deth's Tar and Very Special Old Jacket) is among the Midwest's finest.
