Pilsner

A pale lager style originating in Pilsen, Bohemia in 1842, featuring brilliant clarity, noble hop bitterness, and crisp malt character. Czech (Bohemian) Pilsner uses Saaz hops and decoction mashing for a richer body, while German Pilsner is drier, crisper, and more firmly bitter.
