3 Fonteinen, originally a lambic blender since 1887, now also brews its own lambic. Their Oude Geuze Vintage is considered among the world's finest. The brewery survived a devastating 2009 thermostat failure that destroyed thousands of bottles, rebuilding stronger than ever.
