Brouwerij 't IJ, housed beneath the De Gooyer windmill in Amsterdam since 1985, is one of the Netherlands' oldest craft breweries. Their I.P.A. and Zatte (tripel) are Amsterdam favorites, and the tasting room beneath the windmill is a must-visit for beer tourists.
