Craft Beer

West Coast IPA

A sub-style of American IPA characterized by assertive bitterness, clear appearance, dry finish, and resinous/piney/citrusy hop character. West Coast IPAs typically use a light, clean malt profile to showcase hop bitterness and flavor. They represent the original American craft IPA philosophy before the hazy revolution.
