Saflager W-34/70 is the world's most widely used lager yeast, originally from the Weihenstephan research institute. It produces clean, crisp lagers with excellent attenuation. Remarkably versatile, it performs well at both traditional cold lager temperatures and warmer pseudo-lager fermentations.
