Simcoe (YCR 14) was released in 2000 by Yakima Chief Ranches. Its unique dual nature — dank pine and earthy resin on one hand, bright citrus and passion fruit on the other — has made it a cornerstone of West Coast IPAs and a parent to Mosaic.
