International Pale Lager
Description
A highly-attenuated pale lager without strong flavors, typically well-balanced and highly carbonated. Served cold, it is refreshing and thirst-quenching.
Aroma
Low to no malt aroma, faint grainy character. Hop aroma absent to very low. Clean fermentation, sometimes a faint floral note. Light and refreshing with no off-aromas.
Appearance
Pale to medium yellow, 2-6 SRM. Clear, bright. White head with moderate retention.
