Bottle Conditioning

Carbonating beer naturally by adding priming sugar (or fresh wort) before sealing in bottles. Residual or added yeast ferments the sugar, producing CO2 that dissolves into the beer under the sealed cap. Bottle-conditioned beers develop complex flavors over time and have a fine, persistent carbonation.
