Schneider Weisse

Schneider Weisse has been the champion of Bavarian wheat beer since Georg Schneider I acquired the royal wheat beer brewing rights in 1872. Their TAP 6 Aventinus (wheat doppelbock) is a masterpiece, and the collaboration TAP X with Brooklyn Brewery's Garrett Oliver broke new ground.
