Brut IPA

A very dry, highly attenuated, pale American IPA with effervescent carbonation reminiscent of Champagne. Hop character is aromatic, not bitter.

Moderate to high aromatic, floral, and fruity hop aroma with tropical fruit and citrus notes. Very low malt aroma. Clean, dry fermentation with no esters. Champagne-like effervescence accentuates the hop aromatics.

Very pale straw to pale gold, 2-4 SRM. Clear to brilliant. White head with good retention. Champagne-like effervescence with visible fine bubbles.
