Czech Pale Lager

A lighter-bodied, rich, refreshing, hoppy, bitter pale Czech lager having the familiar flavors of the stronger Czech Premium Pale Lager but in a lighter format.

Light to moderate Saaz hop aroma with floral, spicy, herbal character. Low to medium-low malt aroma, grainy with slight sweetness. Clean lager fermentation, very subtle sulfur possible.

Very pale gold to pale yellow, 3-6 SRM. Brilliant and clear. White head with good retention.

Rich Pilsner malt flavor with a firm Saaz hop bitterness and spicy hop flavor. Light bready malt balances the hops. Dry, bitter finish. Refreshing and balanced.

Light to medium-light body with high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. Slight roundness from soft Bohemian water.
