Complex blend of lactic sourness, earthy Brettanomyces funk, fruity esters, and light malt. Carbonation-driven effervescence enhances the crisp, dry profile. No hop aroma. Refreshingly complex.

Pale gold to medium gold, 3-7 SRM. Hazy to clear. Dense white to off-white head with good retention. Highly carbonated.

UNESCO recognized the Brussels Gueuze tradition as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2016.
