Lawson's Finest Liquids, started by Sean Lawson in 2008, earned fame with Sip of Sunshine IPA — a juicy, tropical double IPA that helped define the Vermont IPA style alongside Heady Topper. The brewery expanded from garage operation to a proper facility in Waitsfield.
