International Amber Lager

A well-attenuated malty amber lager with an interesting caramel or toast quality. Usually fairly well-attenuated, often with an adjunct quality.
Aroma
Low to moderate malt aroma with caramel or toasty notes. Hop aroma is low, sometimes floral or herbal. Clean fermentation with minimal esters. Generally malt-forward.

Light amber to amber, 7-14 SRM. Clear. Off-white to ivory head with moderate retention.
Lezzet
Low to moderate caramel or toasty malt flavor. Low hop bitterness, sometimes slightly sweet finish. Clean lager taste with some malt-forward character.

Light to medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Clean and smooth.
