International Dark Lager

A darker and somewhat sweeter version of international pale lager with a little more body and flavor, but equally restrained in bitterness.
Aroma
Low to moderate malt aroma with faint roasty, caramel, or chocolate notes. Hop aroma is very low. Clean lager fermentation. Sweet maltiness is subdued but present.

Deep amber to dark brown, 14-22 SRM. Clear. Tan to off-white head with moderate retention.
Lezzet
Low to moderate caramel or chocolate malt sweetness. Low hop bitterness. Semi-dry to slightly sweet finish. Clean and smooth with restrained roast.

Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation. Smooth and clean. No astringency.
