Aroma
Rich malt aroma with caramel, dark fruit, and toffee notes. Moderate lactic sourness. Low earthy or funky wild character. Possible vanilla from oak aging. Complex and inviting.

Tarihçe
A traditional beer of East Flanders, Belgium, particularly associated with the Oudenaarde area. Liefmans Goudenband is the historic reference. A malt-forward, less aggressively sour counterpart to Flanders Red Ale. Historically aged in large wooden vessels but now largely in stainless steel with lactic bacteria inoculation.
