Brasserie de Rochefort, within the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Saint-Rémy, produces only three beers: Rochefort 6, 8, and 10. Rochefort 10 is widely considered one of the world's greatest beers — a complex, dark, fruity quad with notes of fig, chocolate, and caramel.
