Special B is a uniquely Belgian crystal malt from Dingemans, with an intense raisin, plum, and dark toffee character. Even small amounts add deep complexity to Belgian dubbels, dark strong ales, and brown ales. It is irreplaceable in traditional Belgian recipes.
