Cask Ale

Unfiltered, unpasteurized beer that undergoes secondary fermentation and conditioning in the cask (firkin) from which it is served. Cask ale is dispensed by gravity or hand-pulled beer engine at cellar temperature (52-55 °F / 11-13 °C) with gentle carbonation, showcasing malt and hop flavors at their most natural.
