International Pale Lager
Description
A highly-attenuated pale lager without strong flavors, typically well-balanced and highly carbonated. Served cold, it is refreshing and thirst-quenching.
Arôme
Low to no malt aroma, faint grainy character. Hop aroma absent to very low. Clean fermentation, sometimes a faint floral note. Light and refreshing with no off-aromas.
Aspect
Pale to medium yellow, 2-6 SRM. Clear, bright. White head with moderate retention.
Saveur
Low to very low malt flavor, grainy or slightly sweet. Very low hop bitterness. Crisp, clean finish. Refreshing and neutral with no dominant flavors.
