마우스필

Light to medium body with moderate to high carbonation. Smooth and clean. Dry finish. No harshness.

역사

Developed in the English pub tradition as a low-strength, highly drinkable everyday beer. The term 'bitter' dates to the 19th century when well-hopped draft ales were distinguished from sweet 'mild.' Became the defining everyday pub session beer of England, typically served cask-conditioned (real ale).
