Bottom-fermented beers brewed with Saccharomyces pastorianus at cooler temperatures (7-13°C), followed by extended cold conditioning (lagering). Lagers are characterized by their clean, crisp profiles with minimal fruity esters, allowing malt and hop character to shine through.
